Cauzele carcinomului de prostat\u0103 sunt, \u00een mare parte, necunoscute. Cu toate acestea, se \u0219tie c\u0103 anumi\u021bi factori de risc influen\u021beaz\u0103 apari\u021bia bolii. Ace\u0219ti factori sunt: antecedente familiale (cancer), o valoare crescut\u0103 a PSA (antigenul specific prostatic), dureri \u00een zona pelvian\u0103, dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een golirea vezicii urinare \u0219i, \u00een general, atingerea v\u00e2rstei de 40 de ani.<\/p>\n<p>Investigarea urologic\u0103 este, \u00een prezent, singura metod\u0103 recunoscut\u0103 din punct de vedere medical pentru depistarea eficient\u0103 \u0219i timpurie a cancerului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u0103surarea nivelului de PSA: informa\u021bii importante \u00een caz de suspiciune de cancer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Antigenul specific prostatic, prescurtat PSA*, este o protein\u0103\u00a0 produs\u0103 de celulele prostatei. Este o component\u0103 a secre\u021biei prostatice \u0219i serve\u0219te la lichefierea materialului seminal. PSA-ul ajunge, de-asemenea, \u0219i \u00een s\u00e2nge, \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi mici, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t poate fi detectat cu ajutorul unui test de laborator dintr-o prob\u0103 de s\u00e2nge. Pentru aceasta, medicul preleveaz\u0103 c\u00e2\u021biva mililitri de s\u00e2nge din vena bra\u021bului. Pentru valorile de peste 1 ng\/ml \u0219i sub 4 ng\/ml, se recomand\u0103 controale urologice regulate la intervale mai mari de timp.<\/p>\n<p>*Pentru determinarea cantit\u0103\u021bii de PSA se recomand\u0103 abstinen\u021ba sexual\u0103 cu 3 zile \u00eenainte de prelevarea probei de s\u00e2nge.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
