Totu\u0219i, uneori, anatomia nefavorabil\u0103 determin\u0103 inflamarea tendoanelor sau a bursei seroase. Durerea la nivelul um\u0103rului \u0219i mi\u0219c\u0103rile limitate pot pune mult\u0103 presiune asupra vie\u021bii de zi cu zi. Adesea, durerea de um\u0103r se r\u0103sp\u00e2nde\u0219te \u00een zona cefei sau a bra\u021belor. \u00cen plus, afec\u021biunile cronice ale um\u0103rului care r\u0103m\u00e2n netratate cresc riscul de uzur\u0103 prematur\u0103 a articula\u021biei (artroz\u0103).<\/p>\n<p>O investiga\u021bie RMN ofer\u0103 l\u0103muriri cu privire la cauza durerilor de um\u0103r sau a limit\u0103rilor de mi\u0219care. Acestea pot fi, de exemplu, sindrom de tunel carpian, epicondilita lateral\u0103 (cotul tenismenului) sau sindromul coafei rotatorilor.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"LC20lb MBeuO
